As our own team starts to transition to being fully remote this week amidst COVID-19, we're naturally thinking about how well or poorly our tools support us.

For those using Bullclip, there are three key areas that make remote work really easy.

Real-time, live canvas

Every drawing and document revision is a real-time canvas in Bullclip. No matter where you are in the world, other team members can see what you contribute and when.

This is particularly useful for capturing the output of remote meetings where you are co-reviewing a document. All your markups are captured on the document and will persist there after the meeting, even after you add a new revision.

Guest access

If you need to get quick feedback on a drawing or document from an external party, just invite a user as a guest for limited access!

They will get a link in an email and their markups will be captured with their name and timestamp.

Quick note: we're giving three months of Bullclip for free amidst COVID-19. Click here for more information.

Version stacking

I lose track of PDF revisions. I create so many that it becomes hard to communicate which document is the latest version unless I spend a heck of a lot of effort.

In Bullclip, as soon as you upload a new version of a PDF, it becomes the default that someone views when they open the file. Furthermore if your team choose to jump back to a previous revision, all old markups are locked out so they cannot be edited.

Bonus: Use on any device

Bullclip is account-based, meaning you can use your account on any iOS  or Windows 10 device and in any modern web browser. In the office, on a home device; it doesn't matter.

You won't need to manage installations or activation keys - just download the app and log in. Easy.
