Create a signature

  1. Click Create New Tool ('+') at the bottom of the favorites bar.
  2. Select the Insert category
  3. Click on the Signature Tool
  4. Using your mouse, finger or pen, click and drag a box onto the document where you'd like to add the signature
  5. Press the new signature button
  6. Draw your signature in the box provided
  7. Enter your name and your company
  8. Press Save

You can create as many signatures as you need.

  3. Select one of your stored signatures
  4. Click Insert

The signature will now appear on the document. You will be able to use the selection tool to select the signature, and once it has been selected it can be moved, resized and colors can be changed.
