Drawboard fits around the tools your team already uses. Everyone marks up in one place, and files flow back to where they belong, with no exporting, re-uploading or emailing PDFs.
Close the review loop
Publish from Revit, Archicad or Autodesk Forma, review together in Drawboard, and bring the markups back to your model as issues.
One version of the truth
Drawings sync to and from Procore, Aconex, SharePoint and your cloud storage, so everyone reviews the current set.
Works the way you do
Install an add-in, connect your storage, open PDFs straight from Teams or your browser, or build your own connection with the API.
Integration FAQs
How Drawboard connects with the tools your team already uses.
Does Drawboard integrate with Procore?
Yes. Drawboard Projects connects to Procore so you can import drawings in bulk, review them together with markups and pinned issues, then sync the annotated set back to Procore Documents. Exports are saved in date-stamped folders, so earlier revisions are never overwritten. The Procore integration is available on the Growth and Enterprise plans.
Yes. The free Drawboard add-in for Autodesk Revit (2023–2026) publishes sheets straight into Drawboard Projects for team review, or to Drawboard PDF for quick sharing. Sheet titles, numbers and revisions carry across, and uploading a new revision automatically supersedes the previous one. Download it from the Autodesk App Store.
Drawboard Projects adds a review layer on top of Autodesk Forma. Bring drawings in from Forma, mark them up and track issues with your whole team, then publish the reviewed set back to Forma as a new version, so every review stays on the current revision.
Yes. Link your Aconex account from the upload screen in Drawboard Projects to load drawings for markup and issue tracking, then sync the reviewed drawings and markups back to Aconex. The integration supports the most common Aconex setups.
Does Drawboard connect to OneDrive, SharePoint, Google Drive and Dropbox?
Yes. Drawboard PDF and Drawboard Projects both connect to popular cloud storage. Open files from OneDrive, SharePoint, Google Drive or Dropbox, mark them up, and keep everyone working from one version, without downloading and re-uploading.
