How to connect Aconex

Getting started only takes a few clicks. You can link Aconex right from the Drawboard Projects upload screen.

1. In Drawboard Projects, open your project and go to Drawings.
   
   
2. Click Upload Drawings, then choose the Aconex logo in the dialog.
   
   
3. Sign in to Aconex when prompted to link your account.
   
   
4. Pick the Aconex project and document source.
   
   
5. Select drawings to import; they’ll appear in Drawings ready for review.
   

When reviews are complete, select drawings and use Sync → Aconex to send them back. Choose whether to supersede an existing document or create a new one, and decide which markups to include.

Once you’ve done it once, you’ll be able to pull in and push back drawings whenever you need.

Tip: To switch accounts, open the Upload Drawings window, click your username, and select Log out. You may also need to log out directly in Aconex.
