Open and mark up SharePoint files in Drawboard PDF, then sync updates back to keep libraries current.

Overview

SharePoint is the content management hub for Microsoft 365 organizations, helping teams store, organize, and share files inside secure sites and libraries. It’s where project documents, forms, and reference material are kept so everyone works from approved versions.

With Drawboard PDF, you can open SharePoint files directly in a pen-first editing space, add annotations or feedback, and save your changes right back to the library. Your edits are captured in near real time, keeping the SharePoint version authoritative without the need for file downloads or email attachments.

Features + Benefits

Review in context

Open and annotate PDFs directly from the SharePoint site where they live, keeping edits tied to their workspace.

No version confusion

Save updates back to the same SharePoint file so your team always opens the most current copy.

Friction-free collaboration

Use pen, text, and markup tools to share feedback on shared library files without leaving SharePoint.
