How to connect Microsoft Teams

Setup takes a minute and happens right inside Teams.

Open Microsoft Teams (desktop or web) and go to More apps to add Drawboard PDF.
In any chat, open More actions (…) and search for Drawboard PDF to sign in to your account.
To share a document, pick a cloud file from your Drawboard dashboard and post it to the chat as a card.
To allow editing, choose Collaborator access when sharing. To start fresh, use Create a New Document.

Once added, repeat these steps in any channel or DM to keep reviews moving where conversations happen.
